Pakistan committed to expand cooperation with Saudi Arabia: Salik

Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development Chaudhry Salik Hussain has reiterated Pakistan's commitment to explore new avenues of cooperation with Saudi Arabia in diverse fields.

He was talking to the Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Development of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the sidelines of the 114th International Labour Conference in Geneva.

They discussed matters of mutual interest, including labour mobility, workforce development, and strengthening bilateral cooperation in the human resource sector.

The discussions underscored the importance of enhancing collaboration to create greater employment opportunities and improve workforce skills for the benefit of both countries.

The 114th International Labour Conference brings together representatives of governments, employers, and workers from across the globe to deliberate on key labour and employment issues and to advance the shared agenda of promoting decent work opportunities for all.
