Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar met Foreign Minister of Belarus Maxim Ryzhenkov on the sidelines of the SCO Council of Heads of State meeting in Bishkek.

They discussed bilateral relations and regional developments, and exchanged views on matters of mutual interest.
